Wedding Packages
Starting at $2000

This package is ideal for when you want to relax and know that everything will be taken care of. This end-to-end complete planning and design package is for couples who wish to cherish every moment of their wedding, without worrying about coordination, management, and execution.

Including services such as, but not limited to:

- Unlimited consultations via in-person, phone, and email
- Discussion of theme, color, style, and complete wedding design (personal touch)
- Assistance in budget determination and break down, as needed
- Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding
- Development of and follow through with a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan
- Wedding rehearsal supervision for up to 1.5 hours
- On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception for up to 10 hours on the day of
your wedding (*Additional $45/hr fee after 10 hours)
- Suggestion and selection assistance for vendors across all categories; coordinate with vendors day-of and
assisting with set up, as needed
- $1000 non-refundable retainer due at booking to hold the date
- $1000 due 3 months prior to wedding date
- Any remaining balance, if applicable, due 2 weeks prior to wedding date

This is the ideal solution for couples who already have their venue and want to be actively involved in their preparations but still need planning assistance. This is where we step in with our expertise to ensure a wedding that is worth remembering.

- Discussion of theme, color, style (personal touch)
- Development of and follow through with a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan
- Assistance in budget determination and break down, as needed
- Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding
- Wedding rehearsal supervision for up to 1.5 hours
- On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception for up to 10 hours on the day of

This package is ideal for when you are the master planner and I am your wedding day executor. This package is a streamlined service where the couple wishes to be responsible for complete wedding ideation and preparation but requires my competent wedding day execution.
Including services such as, but not limited to:

- 4 hours of wedding day coordination
- 1 hour of rehearsal with/without officiant
- Supervision and set-up of personal touches
- Timeline development and distribution
- $350 non-refundable retainer due at booking to hold the date
- $350 due 3 months prior to wedding date
- Any remaining balance, if applicable, due 2 weeks prior to wedding date
